hi to all . I need help plz i can't download th subtitles also ?

It's pretty simple to download subtitle from here .

All you need to do is to Search for the subtitle you wanted,

and then click 'Download Subtitle' . Tadaa it's done ! 

hey thanks to replying but , i get use to download for this sit and i do know what u mean   .this time no search can move and also no download .it is just my pc or for all thanks again,,

I can download everything, so the problem must be on your end.

I understand you could download subtitles, but not any more. Is that correct? Did you install new software or change anything before it stopped working?

If you have installed internet security suite/firewall lately (norton?), please disable it for a moment and check again. You need Javascript to be enabled! Erase all cookies/private data in your browser. Log off and log on again on subscene. Try a different browser.

Hi there . there is something happend whene i cilck the search bouttm. In the bar down there there is pharse says error on the page any boady can help me

 Please answer the questions from my previous post and give us a link to the subtitle you're trying to download. Does it work with other subtitles? Please try a few and report back.

 i did  it all . i disable the norton and the firewall . i log off and log in . i eraed all cookies and enable the java . my xp worked very well in ever sita i pass in .my system is windows xp home edition V 2002 pack 2. intel /pentium (r) m processor 1.70 GHz / 1.69 GHz / 512 MB .

i try alot  but  as i told u there is note says done but with an error in the page shown  down in the  bar . my dear it  happened in the alll subtitles not in one link or one subtitle i try to download ,even the search i can't search for a moive susbitille pllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllz help . i try another sita but no one like yours is the best

it seems there is no easy answer to your problem. Here are some ideas...

Have you tried using a different browser like firefox? Which browser are you using now? If it is IE6, pleasse update to IE7.

When did the download stop working? Have you installed adblockers like adaware or other tools that filter websites for unwanted content (like advertising)?

Norton is infamous for causing trouble, especially its filtering of referrers (to protect your privacy). Referrers are needed for subscene. (Don't ask me why though)

Here is the symantec site with a hint how to enable referrers for specific sites (subscene)

Your problem could be caused by a firewall, browser and proxy settings (cookies, privacy, referrer headers), browser add-ons (noscript), ad-blockers (adblock-plus, adaware) anonymizers(privacy protection by hiding IP address through a proxy), etc etc.

rogard i think you answered to him before because it seems like a javascript error and the page doesn't load correctly, even if he says he's enabled it, maybe it needs updating or something.

zemo, can you write down the error message as you get it?
